Your Path to Co-Ownership

Initial Contact & Discussion

First, we will connect via email and then arrange a video call to discuss the amount you would like to invest.

LLC Formation & Ownership

Once at least 45% of the target investment is pledged, a U.S.-based LLC will be formed. You will be registered as a co-owner according to your contribution.

Acquisition of Czech s.r.o.

Once the full amount is collected, the LLC will acquire a stake in a Czech s.r.o. company. This approach avoids the 19% capital gains tax that would apply with a direct investment.

Annual Dividends

Dividends will be paid annually in June through the U.S. LLC.

Entry into a lottery every 8 years for 3 hunting permits in the Czech Republic (includes permit and accommodation, excludes travel; guided personally by the project founder)

Level 2: Active Supporter

$5,000 - $14,999

All previous level benefits
Financial reports twice a year
Voting rights on selected company decisions
Personal access and communication

Level 3: Strategic Investor

$15,000 - $24,999

All previous level benefits
Quarterly financial reports (4x annually)
Guaranteed hunting permit in the Czech Republic every 7 years (includes permit and accommodation, excludes travel; guided personally by the project founder)

Level 4: Key Partner

$25,000 - $40,000

All previous level benefits
Guaranteed hunting permit every 5-6 years (depending on investment amount) (includes permit and accommodation, excludes travel; guided personally by the project founder)
Opportunity for active involvement in company operations and strategic decision-making
Access to non-public information and development plans
